We have two apartments next to each other on the first floor, another on the 1st floor and a fourth on the 2nd floor, which is even accessible by elevator.

Our modern and as-new 2-room apartments have small terraces and gardens that are perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors.
If you opt for our 3-room apartment on the 1st floor, you will be delighted by the spacious 30 m² terrace with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
The location of our apartments is very central. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the center with its diverse shopping opportunities and also the Traunsee, which offers numerous opportunities for swimming and water sports, but also invites you to linger in beach bars along the esplanade.
The picturesque castle park is just a few steps away.

Our FLAT 1 - TRAUNSTEIN - has about 48 m² of living space.
It was designed for two adults and consists of a bedroom, living, dining area with kitchen, bathroom, storage room and a hallway.
Due to its well thought-out room layout and the availability of a sofa bed in the living room, it is also possible to arrive as a family of three or four.
The terrace invites you to sit together comfortably.
Our FLAT 2 - GRÜNBERG - stands for comfortable living.
The approx. 48 m² living space results from a living, dining area with kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom, storage room and a hallway - for 2 adults - space ENOUGH!
Especially practical is the possibility to convert the TV couch in the living room into a cozy crib for children.
In addition, there is also the option to rent the apartment on the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, which is another option if you are traveling with a larger group or with children.

2 adults can easily find space, if the sofa bed in the living room is pulled out, 2 children can also be comfortably accommodated.

The Traunsee region is a holiday paradise for nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, swimmers, culture vultures and families with children. There are plenty of sports and leisure opportunities stretching from the lake all the way up to the summits, and those who want to take it easy can enjoy the magnificent views, natural surroundings and cultural offerings around Lake Traunsee. There are many sights and nature attractions to discover close to Lake Traunsee, as well as excursions through the Salzkammergut region with its many lakes. The home of Mozart and festival city of Salzburg is only 80km away, and the regional capital of Linz is just 60km away. We highly recommend both cities for a visit.
The Traunsee region leaves nothing to be desired, even during the winter months. Enchanting snow-covered landscapes, Lake Traunsee in a wintry mood and our three ski areas around Lake Traunsee are all within 20 - 60km of us and offer active winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and much more. Come and discover the other side of the Traunsee region, the snowy holiday region that is equally enticing in winter for the young and the young-at-heart. The Traunsee region radiates atmosphere and festivity, especially during Advent and Christmas, and treats holiday visitors to festive winter and Christmas offerings.
